Matthew brings over two decades of experience in the compostable packaging and single-serve coffee industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales and Innovation at Pod Pack.

Bio-Caps GmbH, a pioneer in developing sustainable packaging solutions, has recently achieved a significant milestone: their HOME coffee capsules for the Nespresso system have also been awarded the prestigious BPI certification. This certification confirms that both the capsules and the lid materials are fully biodegradable under industrial composting conditions.
