Bridgewater, NJ – June 30^th, 2025 – Compostable Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Martin as Head of Operations. Matthew brings over two decades of experience in the compostable packaging and single-serve coffee industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales and Innovation at Pod Pack.

In his new role, Matthew will lead operations across the Americas, focusing on delivering seamless transitions for customers shifting to compostable solutions.

 His expertise in running compostable materials, combined with deep technical knowledge of filling systems and end-to-end production, positions him as a key partner for clients seeking reliable, scalable, and sustainable alternatives.
