Martin Shahbazian

Chief Financial Officer

Martin brings over three decades of financial leadership and risk management experience to his role as CFO of Compostable Solutions. He previously served as a Partner at both Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Office and Capco Capital Markets Consulting in New York. Martin also held senior leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, including Americas Head of Risk and Control for Global Markets. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from St. Peter’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant (State of NJ, inactive). He also holds Series 63 and 79 licenses.
